Cancellation Policy

-A $20 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required for your appointment to be confirmed. This will go towards your service. -Please be sure to provide the correct phone number when booking so I can contact you about the status of your appointment. You will receive a text from me on the day of your appointment. Please confirm prior to us meeting. Your appointment will be canceled if I do not receive confirmation. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING. -Business hours are 10AM-5PM. Early/Late/Squeeze In appointments are available upon request. A $30 fee will be applied following your service. A $50 fee will be charged for late night appointments starting at 9PM. Early Hours: 6AM-10AM Late Hours: 6PM-12:30AM -Please respect the time of my other clients and I by showing up on time for your appointment. Let me know in advance if you suspect that there may be scheduling conflicts so I can make arrangements. A 15-minute grace period is offered. After the grace period, if other clients are in need of services, you may be asked to reschedule/cancel your appointment unless scheduling conflicts have been previously discussed! If I am still able to provide your service without impacting the service time of others, a $10 late fee will be applied at the end of the service. -If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have a question pertaining to prices, please ask prior to your appointment. -Treat your nails with care! If nails break, please reach out to me and I will gladly repair any damages.
